  1. Schools and competitors allowed.The school participating in the Francoli Cup must offer at least one bar course in their curricula. Competitors must be between 14 and 19 at the moment of the event.
  2. Separate branches. Each School with a separate branch has the right to participate as a standalone unit and will be treated as such with during the course of the competition.
  3. Awards. The awarding of any cash prizes given by the Distillerie Francol is always handed over to the School in the name of the student/students and will be presented to such only upon the formal estimate of costs for the activities to be carried out and the submission of the invoices relating to such activities. If done otherwise, the school must give back the full amount to the Distillerie Francoli.
  4. Ex-aequo. If there should a case of equal scores when determining the rankings, the technical scores will prevail. If there should a case of equal scores in the technical scores, the marketing scores will prevail. If there is still a tie, the competitors are considered ex-aequo.
  5. Costs. Participation in the Francoli Cup is free. Any costs incurred by the School are their responsibility. The Distillerie Francoli will provide:
    1. the sample merchandise includes six bottle which will be the same for all Schools and sent at the moment the School has registered for the contest;
    2. a buffet in occasion of the final event, Francoli Cup Live Awards.
  6. Rights. The School that sends drinks and/or others to the Distillerie Francoli, authorizes them to be used freely and without restrictions.
  7. Responsibility. If objects are accidentally damaged and/or persons injured during the contest, the Distillerie Francoli will not be held responsible under any circumstances, nor will they be held liable for any refund.
  8. Privacy. Personal information provided by the participants will be used only for organizational purposes. In any other case, the Distillerie Francoli is required to ask for the authorization of those affected and must inform them of the purpose of such use. Interested parties may at any time, request information regarding such data by writing an email to info@francolicup.org.
  9. Use of alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of participating schools to inform the competitors and to get from them, a disclaimer regarding the use of alcoholic beverages in the preparation of drinks and as according to the policies deemed appropriate by the same School and the enforcing of the same.
