We would like to remind you that each drink must be submitted with its own audio/video explanation. The is no limit to the number of drinks the School may present, as long as they have Grappa as the base (min. 3 cl). The alcohol grappa base also includes products from the Ricette della Zia Mina line. 

Drink Rules

  1. Alcoholic Base. All the drinks present in the contest must contain at least 3 cl of one of the indicated Grappe Luigi Francoli or Ricette della Zia Mina grappas.
  2. Volume. The range is from 7 and 20 cl including drops, unless otherwise expressly stated in the proposed theme for each online session.

The Francoli Cup is an International Cocktail Contest promoted by the Distillerie Francoli of Ghemme (NO) and is reserved to the students of hotel and tourism schools. The Francoli Cup does not have a commercial value and its purpose is the following:
