  1. Maximum length. The maximum length of each video is 4 minutes, during which the recipe must be carried out without interruptions. The overall video time may be less than what is allowed. Two portions must be prepared; if required by the recipe, the portions may be made one at a time.
  2. Shot. The competitor must always be seen together with the work surface and without interruption throughout the execution of the recipe.
  3. Audio. The video must be accompanied with an audio commentary explanation made by the competitor.
  4. Quality. A professional video is not required. However, the school must ensure that quality is sufficient to understand without difficulty the recipe and its execution.
